Inflight Experience from KL to Jakarta…

ai was supposed to put the inflight experience from kuala lumpur to jakarta earlier, on monday. now dah nak masuk friday baru nak kuor entry nih. ai told you that ai have prob with the photos, tapi rupanya ini je le gambo yang ada lam flight.

kenapa ek kamu perasan tak aku  macam senyonyong je lam gambar2 in flight nih. there s a reason for that, 4 reasons. ai faced something like macam unpleasent unfrenly hospitality from the crew. not all, but one specific crew.

satu lagi sebab saya hold entry ni kerana saya menunggu green light from MAS, finally today’s morning, MAS approved me to post this entry.

kalau saya ditegur kerana buat salah, saya boleh terima. tapi sebab saya tak buat salah apa2, but there s one cabin crew start mula carik pasal ngan saya seblom flight take off lagik. bila 2 kali saya dah kena ngan dia before and after take off, saya yang asalnya duduk di aisle mintak tukar seat with Sirman yang dok di tetengah.

udahlah saya tak buat salah apa2, saya sendiri pi tukar tempat sebab nak mengelakkan si stewardess nih. so saya dok di tengah2 semata2 tak nak ada ‘direct communication’ lagi with that particular stewardess.

malangnya, wpun saya dah duduk tengah, tak de direct contact or communication ngan dia, dia masih lagi mencarik buat pasal dengan saya.

still saya diam kan jer.

4 kali saya kena tembak ngan dia ok! 4 kali!!!

aku enggak bisa bilang perbuatannya kerana aku telah melaporkan to MAS immediately after the incident. MAS is doing through investigation for my complaints. I wanted to tell you everything, MAS pun probably tak kisah kalau saya citer detaily dalam blog, tapi saya tak nak keluarkan so much sangatlah dalam blog, let the investigation towards her berlangsung.

if she is found guilty, she is gonna face disciplinary action against the responsible party.

So if you asked me how is my inflight experience from kuala lumpur to jakarta, hemm….simple je aku jawab kay – lebih baik aku naik flight lain kalo macam ni punya cabin crew diaorg letak. Not that ai want to have a very good service from her, nope. just do not tease me lah. lagi aku diam lagi mencanak2 ko buat kat aku sampai 4 das peluru ko bagi. aku tak dan nak bagi ko hapa2 pun.

we are the passengers, it doesnt matter saya dibayar boss kamu untuk terbang (i m sure she didnt know that ai m a blogger that supposedly to do a review on my flight experience) , sepatutnya saya tak diterima layanan sebegitu. bukan sahaja saya, passengers yang berdekatan pun terpinga2 tengok situasi saya masa tu.

apa2 lah..saya pun dah selamat pulang, cuma masa saya keluar dari aircraft, saya sikit punya menunduk coz saya tak nak lagi kena tease kurang ajar ngan dia, but luckily dia jaga pintu belakang aku agak je lah coz kat pintu depan dia takdak.

Sirman – he s the witness for the whole incidents, aku mintak pendapat dia bukan sebagai suami, tp look at the picture as an observer. Sirman sendiri sampai tembakan ke empat yang aku kena tuh, Sirman terdiam. terlopong tak terkata ok! ha….he oso said that particular cabin crew is trying to hurt me so much.

So all, please do not speculate anything, MAS is doing an investigation right now, this is a serious matter. ai told them, if they want me to shut it off, that s really not me, ai will speak out about that, memang pun kalau aku bukan blogger jemputan, aku akan tetap menceceh in my own blog, u guys know me. So now, ai will keep u inform on the result of the investigation.

We are not talking bout 1 case, ai m talking bout 4 cases yang saya kena. so MAS, please let me know the result the investigation, coz ai owe my readers the details of the story.

but overall, saya selamat sampai ke jakarta dengan pesawat MH723, selain dari cabin crew yang buat palat, the rest are ok to me. takde yang tak ok lah, biasa2 ajer…nothing much. kalau flight tu lama sikit macam pi Paris ke, dok lam business class ke, mesti lagik nikmattttttttttttttttttttttt! tq MAS, wink wink :)

**korang jangan tanya2 ler…dek kerana sorang stewardess tuh, aku nak buat entry yang sonok2 for my pengalaman di dalam flight dari kl to jakarta, macam kedaung je kan… iskkk

    ala kak, kalau naik business class mmg le kelass service nye.. saya pun pernah face situation yg sama dgn crew…
    tapi tak semua crew camtu.. ada yang baik…esp kalau yang agak dahlama kerja…and cam tak berapa slim dah… mmg peramah.. tapi kalu yang perasaaan la ala cun, mmg le mengundang kemarahan…

    betol kak, aku stuju, kalau orang dah kuang ajau, kita takyah jadi kuang ajau cam dia, kalau dia wat pangai buduh sombong dia skali pun, akak relax je, takyah jadi buduh sombong cam dia…cool je kak, iblis tak suka orang yang dapat kawal amarah dia, tapi Allah sukeeee…. :)

    I couldn’t agree more. Some of the cabin crew baik hati but most yang perasan cantik can be such a bitch! Dengan muka plastik tak ikhlas and such demeanour, I will never fly MAS again if I have to pay for it. I have more pleasant experience flying with KLM. I will fly with them anytime. Sorry MAS, my experience flying from AMS-KUL a few days ago is such an unpleasant experience. I’m changing my preferance from flying with MAS to KLM next time for all my future flights. For someone who flies to AMS 18 times a year that is a loss isn’t it? Oh..did I mention that I clocked more than 100,000 Enrich mile in just a year? and please change the silly greetings of the “ladies and gentleman and boys and girls?” No such greetings have been used in NWA, United, KLM or SIA. I have more complaints but as I’m changing my future flights to KLM, I don’t think it’s necessary anymore. Malaysian Hospitality should be called Malaysian Hostility.

    Sorry redmummy to vent my anger here but MAS is not doing anything right to win the customers. Unless they do some radical changes, I’ll be flying with the competitors. As a fan of redmummy.com I demand MAS to apologize to Ms.Redmummy as a result of the misconduct done by the above mention crew attendant. I’m sure others will agree with me.

    Dulu many many years ago, I naik MAS to Sydney & Melbourne. In general I find the male crew friendlier & show eagerness to serve the passengers rather than the females. Harap2 nak jumpa Anuar Zain (that time he was a steward kan?) but dapat yg mcm muka Ahmad Idham & Esma Daniel but both gave good service. Seriously, the female crew who served us, their service not up to standard lah unlike SIA, but surely can be improved if MAS take yr feedback seriously now!

    Hi all…., I nak komen skit jer abt kes ni. Tak bolehlah kita salah kan crew mas jer coz kita tak tau apa yg sebenarnya terjadi. Kekadang tu ada gak penumpang yg banyak cekadak n banyak songeh. Ada gak crew yg mmg sombong coz they are The WORLD BEST CABIN CREW. Apa2 pon biarlah jujur n adil bila buat komen tu tidak berpihak2…..

    **(kebarangkalian untuk artis,wartawan(termasuk bloggers),vip mmg ada kecenderungan utk mengada2 hoping utk dpt perhatian n xtra service…mmg tinggi) sori RM…. ini kenyataan….

    been with MAS more 20yrs…..
