boleh spot this clearly tak? my whole body weight is now 51.9. but look at the body water, phewww, belum lagi tengok my fat mass. berat lemak sungguh. i set my mind very clearly, that i will follow the advise by the nutritionist sebab harituh Miss Jo was not able to join the briefing….
and after dia tengok my dietary program, memang geleng pala. hahahahah! eh jangan nak kata aku ek, korang pun sama kay.
i got d empty form, apa saja yg aku wallop telan nak kena diisi dalam form nih. dia tak kira wpun seketul gegula yang masuk kat badan aku, she wants me to key in that. so nak tipu dapat apa? baiklah tulis je dengan rela. like for morning, black coffee in 1 big tumbler aku bawak bekal, ha tu mmg nak kena reduce lah pas nih. slowly yek.
this is my ideal weight and the fat control yang aku kena dapatkan. not during the 1 month session nih lah, but i need to keep on following the dietary program yang Marie France Bodyline guidedkan. so after half n hour with Ms Jo, moved on to the next steps.
the treatment for this entry is called Bellt. memang spellingnya cenggitu yek. sebab kita nak concentrate kat tummy part, so May the assistant sapu the not so hot creme to my tummy, for 20 min lah jugak dia massage perut aku. bersambung di kaki jugak. then she terus taruk mask on the tummy part. cover my body with the blanket.
she then wrapped me with this warm blanket, this process takes bout 20min. then she left and tutup lampu. in few minutes aku tertidur. orang dapat tumpang rehat, memang senang je lah terlelap weih mata aku nih. i think dapat pergi Marie France nih macam bagi aku rehat pun ye lah jugak. wpun tidurku tak sampai pun 15min but still tido yang sekejap tu pun banyak nikmatnya.
for this warm blanket, dalam badan kita tu mmglah ada rasa warm tapi x panas langsung yang sampai ko nak melompat suh bukak the blanket.
later after that, aku pi mandi coz tadi ada mask kat perut n peha kan…masuk balik to the treatment room, and she wrapped me with the bandage and the plastic wrapper.
macam gambo nih, seluruh badan yer. but for blogging purposes, aku kenalah pakai kimon0 on top of it so at least u nampak the bandage and the wrapping tu terletak je kat badan. she served me wt 2 cups of ginger tea coz idung aku ni kan jap2 mengada2, tetiba nak terbersin plak. ginger tea is good, it s home made by Marie France Bodyline, i love it so much. biasanya dulu masa dalam pantang beranak aku minum air2 halia gini. then waited for 20min, dok je kat kerusi rehat lam bilik tu sambil baca2 majalah.

all process should take you at about 1 1/2 jam but sebab aku ada meeting ngan nutritionist, i spent here for like 3 hours jugak. debak debuk tuko baju bagai cabut my inner body gear, mandi beria macam mandi wajiblah pulak, alangkan aku x bwk shampoo je mau aku bermandian lagi lama.
